El modelo Vicon BW 2850 está destinado a usuarios que buscan una solución práctica para encintar grandes cantidades de pacas. El diseño compacto evita la necesidad de usar tractores de alta potencia y tener que montar contrapesos o amortiguadores.Una cuidada distribución de pesos del conjunto de la torre porta-satélites asegura la estabilidad de la máquina y permite que pueda encintar en marcha mientras se desplaza hacia el siguinete paquete.

Highlights

Scissor Type Film Cutter

  • The scissor type film cutter with sharp knives gives a clean cut over the full width  of the stretch film.
  • The secure hydraulic film cutter has a spring loaded clamp to hold the film firmly ready for the next bale.

Pretensores

  • Los pre-tensores tensan el plástico en toda la longitud de la bobina. Son fáciles de manipular y de bajo mantenimiento.
  • El perfil especial mantiene el estiramiento óptimo sin rasgar el film.
  • Los rodillos de aluminio no permiten que el film se enrolle y evitan exceso de tensión o de roturas.
  • El estudiado diseño mantiene el aire y agua fuera del paquete durante el encintado.
  • El cartucho terminado es extraído bajando la leva de cierre con una sola mano, todo en el mismo movimiento.
  • La posición baja de los pre-tensores facilita la operación.

Satellite Wrapper

  • Wrapping table with 4 endless belts and two driven rollers, carries and rotates the bale evenly during wrapping with no risk of film damage.
  • The twin pre-stretchers ensure high speed wrapping. They are positioned close to the bale, to limit the amount of air trapped under the film during wrapping.
  • The loading system doesn’t require the wrapper to lift the bale. Instead it gently rolls the bale onto the table, which then tilts to a level position to start wrapping.
  • The ‘Inline’ layout means that it loads and unloads bales in the same direction as the baler leaves them, so avoiding having to drive over un-baled swaths.

Control Options

Computer Control (C)

  • The computer controlled Model C turns the wrapper into a fully automatic machine offering either a fully automatic operation or a choice of manual override or function by function operation.
  • Choose for example that you want the bale to wrap automatically off. One operator does the entire process of loading, wrapping and stacking when loaded, but remain on the wrapping
  • table until you confirm that you want to offload.

Remote Control (R)

  • An advanced remote controlled version is available as an option (standard on BW2100 C). Place the bale on the wrapper, press one key on the remote control, and the wrapping process starts.
  • The previously wrapped bale is stacked and the next one picked up while the machine continues wrapping.
  • Press another key when wrapping is completed and the bale is tipped off. One operator does the entire process of loading, wrapping and stacking.

Joystick Control (J)

  • The semi-automatic Joystick model has a handy electric joystick combined with a control box which is showing you the operations running at any time.
  • Functions like bale and wrap counter and automatic table stop when reach ing pre-set number of table revolutions are included as standard.

Mechanical Cable Control (M)

  • The manual versions (M) are controlled with manual cable control with levers.
  • A wrap and bale counter is fitted for easier control of film layers, as well as number of bales wrapped.
  • An automatic table stop that is controlled by the wrap-and-bale counter is fitted as standard.
  • This converts the wrapper from manual to semi-automatic, as it allows the wrapping function to stop automatically at the set number of table revolutions.
